1. How long do the sessions last and what online platform do you use for the lessons?
Each lesson is 1-hour in duration and Zoom is the commonly used platform. However, we understand that Zoom may be difficult to navigate for some students, so Google Meet is also an option.

2. How much does each session cost?
1 hour = $100.

3. How does payment work?
Weekly payment is fine, preferably by Friday each week. As teaching professionals, we know that personal schedules may clash with sessions from time-to-time, and people get sick; this is why we offer weekly payments to cater for these circumstances. 

4. What is your cancellation policy?
If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, we will charge you for half the session's fee. This is because we may need to move students around who have given us ample notice for wanting a rescheduled lesson, and also factors in the tutor's time which has been impacted in the process.

5. What do your tutors assist with during the sessions, and do they issue homework?
If your child requires assistance with any school work, whether that is a homework task, going over key concepts or ideas they are struggling with, or assessment preparation, we are happy to help. Homework is issued to ensure continuity of learning and application of strategies learnt during the session.

6. How do I get progress on my child's learning?
Our tutors provide monthly feedback to parents and caregivers via text, email, or call. As teachers, we believe in open communication and a collaborative approach to ensure that all are working towards a common objective.
